1. Standard delivery is free for all orders at standard shipping speeds.
   
2. The shipping and handling charges if any, will be informed to the consumers via email upon the successful placement of order.
3. We take 3 weeks for processing the order, this includes manufacturing and packaging of the product. 
4. Once your order has been confirmed and despatched, you will receive an email with the shipping & tracking details.
5. The estimated delivery time is between 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the delivery address.
6. For orders to be delivered to locations outside India, the delivery time will depend on the carrier. This information and tracking details will be shared with the customer via email.
7. The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days excluding Sundays, and Public Holidays are calculated as working days. Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues.
8. If you are ordering our products during a Sale/Festival event, despatches may be delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 3 weeks from the Date of Order.
9. Shipping details while booking should be correct to avoid any delay in delivery. In case where billing address and shipping address is different all necessary information such as address, nearby location, contact person name and contact number should be provided for smooth delivery process.
